I am extremely satisfied with the service Global Pets provided to relocate our cat from Lisbon to Hong Kong. We had a designated coordinator who was extremely attentive, proactive and answered our many questions all along the process.The relocation was very well executed, we received news when the was at Frankfurt for his stopover and again when he landed in HK. Our cat arrived safely and seemed like he had been taken good care of.<br>I cannot recommend enough! Thank you Mariana and all the team.

I want to give a huge thumb's up for Global Int. Relocation in Portugal for their incredible service from start to finish. Beginning with an introduction from a friend (Kalie from Expats Everywhere on YT) in Portugal to GIR manager Gisela La Cruz, who is the warmest, most efficient, detailed and dedicated person I have ever had the pleasure to work with, the whole shipment process from Japan to Portugal went super smoothly. The crew who picked up my goods in Japan packed every box with 4 layers of wrapping paper and each item was handled and packed with care - including 2 expensive guitars. Thanks to Senior Move Manager Paulo Sousa, who supervised the process, everything arrived to my house in Portugal in perfect condition, and the customs costs were minimal, which surprised me. Due to the narrow roads in my village, the delivery crew unpacked the boxes from the container and truck and brought them to my house in a van, then carried them upstairs and placed them where I directed. They even opened one guitar and a few boxes so I could check those. Once I saw their condition (perfect,) I knew the rest of the shipment had been very well taken care of. I had paid for full insurance coverage, but I really did not need it (though I will always carry insurance just in case.) I don't plan on leaving Portugal, but if I ever do, I will once again contact Gisela and hire GIR to help me make the move painless. Thank you again Gisela, Paulo and crew for all you did to help make my move to Portugal painless.
