The unpacking team efficiently and professionally unpacked all our household items within one day and re-assembled large items, placing them in their preferred locations, without any issues. The unpacking was done very thoroughly and with sufficient care, since we received no damaged items. Their quote was not quite the lowest, but since all involved exhibited superior knowledge about the terms, conditions and procedures to be expected at the European destination, complete with helpful suggestions compared to the competition, we decided to use their services. I am extremely satisfied with the service Global Pets provided to relocate our cat from Lisbon to Hong Kong. We had a designated coordinator who was extremely attentive, proactive and answered our many questions all along the process.The relocation was very well executed, we received news when the was at Frankfurt for his stopover and again when he landed in HK. I have no words to thank Rita from Global Pets. She was always attentive and careful throughout the process of moving my dog from Portugal to Australia. Since the Australian government has strict rules regarding animals entering the country, Rita's guidance and help were crucial, and I couldn't have done it without her. The transportation in a van felt safe as well, and I could tell Hugo was taking care of the dogs in the best way possible to make her journey smooth.
