Very disappointed with this moving company. They arrived late, handled my furniture carelessly, and several items were scratched. I expected much better service.

Really happy with the service.<br>They helped me move my things from Lisbon to Barcelona and made the whole process easy.<br>The team helped with loading and unloading, packed my fragile items carefully, and were always available whenever I had questions.<br><br>Everything arrived on time, nothing was lost, and the move was done quickly and smoothly.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!<br><br>The owner’s response to my wife’s review leaves out critical, deeply unprofessional facts. They boast about a €3,200 settlement, but fail to mention that we paid for professional moving insurance on our VAT invoice, yet they were completely unable or unwilling to provide an actual insurance certificate when requested. When pressed (even via a common acquaintance), they claimed insurance was "too difficult" and carried a massive self-risk deductible.<br><br>​As a result, we were forced to settle directly for visible damage on moving day just to resolve the immediate nightmare. Because of this lack of proper, formal insurance, we are now entirely unprotected against the internal damages that have come to light since unpacking:<br><br>​Destroyed High-End Appliances: Our premium Jura automatic espresso machine was clearly subjected to severe shock transport (just look at the photos of how they carelessly piled items into the van). The internal grinder is now completely broken and the machine fails to build pressure. A formal insurance policy would cover this hidden mechanical damage; instead, we are left absorbing the cost of a €1,300+ machine.<br><br>​Incompetent Assembly: They completely deconstructed our second sofa and spent 3 hours trying to put it back together, only to leave it improperly assembled and structurally compromised. Same with several other selves, they just stand unmounted in the garage.<br><br>​The owner Andrey Gadzhiev wants praise for paying out for the immediate chaos they caused, but the reality is that their lack of professional insurance, terrible packing standards, and poor assembly skills turned a milestone event into a deeply stressful, financially draining disaster.<br><br>Save your money, stress, and valuable belongings, organize your move yourself or find a real, legally insured professional.

Excellent company! They came to my rescue when other contractors let me down.<br><br>They carefully disassembled all the furniture, packed everything securely, transported it safely, and arranged it neatly and compactly at the new location exactly as I had requested. Communication was smooth and pleasant throughout the process, and they were able to assist in Portuguese, English, and Russian.<br><br>Everything was done with great attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for both the client and their belongings. I wish there were more companies like this. Highly recommended!

The guys came on time. Packed everything with care. When an issue arose where a lift was needed we worked out a solution that was fair for both of us

Excellent team, well organized and always flexible. Did one move in Lisbon and another one with a truckload from Munich/Germany to Lisbon/Portugal. Everything on time and the boss Andrey knows his business well. 5 Stars and I can only recommend to work with them ✌🏼
