⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve seen Rui’s workmanship first-hand and the level of care he puts into roofing and general building work is exceptional. He’s reliable, hardworking, and takes real pride in getting things done properly.
I purchased a dilapidated property in Lisbon as a holiday home, which needed a significant amount of working doing, especially to the roof. After thoroughly researching prospective builders, I invited 8 different companies over to examine my property and provide quotes. Rui stood out amoungst them for his professionalism and competitive quotation and I decided to instruct him for the job. I was not disappointed, he completely refurbished my property to an impeccably high standard, and the roof was a work of art, new tiles, new joists, and insulation. I've decided to wait 6 months following the completion of the work before leaving my review and can attest that despite the heavy rainfall, we've had no leaks whatsoever. I had to wait a few weeks before Rui was available to take on my job because he's in high demand, however, it was well worth the wait because it's been done to a very high standard. I've since recommended Rui to my friends and associates in Lisbon and I've also received very positive feedback from them regarding the quality of his workmanship. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and honest builder, you've come to the right place. Rui recently cleaned and painted our roof, fixed some tiles, painted the outside garage walls and did some other, smaller works. He delivered excellent results at fair prices.
