SotySolar Portugal - Solar Panel & Battery Installation

Inadmissível. Paguei 8.000€ por um sistema da Tesla instalado pela SotySolar e, pela SEGUNDA VEZ, a instalação falhou gravemente. Neste momento, estou sem eletricidade na garagem e o disjuntor do sistema instalado por eles provoca um curto-circuito que faz disparar o quadro geral de toda a minha casa. O resultado? Tenho dois carros elétricos imobilizados que não podem carregar e a minha segurança doméstica em risco. O serviço pós-venda é inexistente: não têm linha de emergência para situações críticas e deixam o cliente abandonado ao fim de semana com um prejuízo enorme e sem mobilidade. Demonstraram ser uma empresa sem qualquer capacidade técnica para lidar com equipamentos Tesla. Se procuram uma instalação segura e apoio ao cliente, fujam da SotySolar. É uma vergonha o estado em que deixaram a minha casa. Aguardo resolução imediata e a devolução do meu investimento por incumprimento total.

Nao cumpriram com os prazos estabelecidos por eles mesmos. Tive de ser eu a ligar constantemente para me virem fazer a instalação. Os paineis ficaram tortos como podem ver nas fotografias. Em suma, fora o que tinha mesmo de correr bem e correu mal, correu tudo bem.

Instalação mal feita, pessimo suporte resultado poucos meses depois de instalados foram totalmente arrancados da estrutura nivel de suporte da empresa na resolução do caso ZERO deixo aqui as fotos do que vos espera se forem com este fornecedor

Started really well, unfortunately since SotySolar outsources their installation service, seemed like the nominated technician wasn't too willing to (1) answer all the questions/doubts, and (2) wanted me as the customer to take full responsibility if anything went wrong lifting the Huawei battery to the attic - ridiculous. I had another company installing panels, inverters, AC units, VMC system, no one ever asked me to take full responsibility for a professional installation service. It's such a pitty this went sideways because of an outsource service provider, I was really looking forward getting the service done with SotySolar. Also, the customer support team is misaligned, providing vague information, setting wrong expectations, misleading the customer. Everyone has "not so good days", but taking it down on the customer, being rude, interrupting and overspeaking... Maybe worth checking your qualifications to meet customer service levels. Happy though for the other customers that did had a good experience. Much success.

The installers were very professional and communicative. My only real complaint would be the time from ordering to installing it was about a month later then expected. Also, I was unaware that I needed a M2M cellular chip to communicate with the electric company in order to know cellular production and usage. This is information that should have been explained prior to installation in my opinion. Otherwise I am very happy with everything.
