Dont recommend, the doors and blinds have broken many times in less than 3 years. Blinds are cheap quality although it wasnt cheap.

Enviei todos os documentos, fotografias e PDFs diversas vezes para o e-mail da Windoor fornecido, entre agosto de 2024 e junho de 2025. Incluí comprovantes fotográficos de que esses e-mails foram entregues. A Windoor está "analisando a situação" desde agosto de 2024. Conforme documentado, a equipe da Windoor criou dois orçamentos diferentes para o projeto das janelas, com o mesmo número de referência, emitidos em anos diferentes (2023 e 2024). Devido a erros internos da Windoor, as janelas fabricadas estavam incorretas. Não pagarei por janelas que não encomendei. In short - they produced the wrong windows and made major administrative and production errors for apt windows. In 2023, Windoor gave me initial quotes for front and back windows. In 2024, when we decided to proceed, they said they needed to update the quotes. They then issued five differently referenced PDF quotes, two PDFs of which mistakenly has the same reference (WD-76719/2) but with different back window designs and different year dates (2023 and 2024). When I questioned this, Windoor replied the date doesn’t matter. See proof attached for yourselves of the windoor PDFs: The 2023 PDF (“Orçamento WD-76719-3 Retificado.pdf”) incorrectly contains the same reference number WD-76719/2 and included a back-window design I never requested. The correct PDF (“Orçamento WD-76719-2 Retificado.pdf” dated 19/04/2024) has the correct corresponding reference and correct back window design. This is the one I approved, paid for, and confirmed by email (proof attached of email inbox/outbox). On 30 August 2024, Windoor installed the front windows, but when the engineer checked the back windows, he discovered they were the wrong design. Windoor produced PDF (“Orçamento WD-76719-3 Retificado.pdf” 2023 even though the year was 2024 and has the wrong reference on it as you can see WD-76719-2) After several complaint emails, Windoor replied weeks later saying they had done an “internal investigation” and found themselves not at fault. They offered to make the correct windows if I paid 50% again, which I did in good faith. They then scheduled installation for 20 February 2025. I flew back to Lisbon specifically for that date as I was overseas. However, on 19 February 2025, the night before installation, Windoor sent new invoice amounts including one for the incorrect windows they had made in 2024, plus the balance for the correct windows due to be installed. On installation day, Windoor’s team refused to proceed unless both invoices were paid in full, even though I had already paid the 50% deposit for the new correct back windows and installation was confirmed. I’ve had to get a lawyer, who investigated everything and presented windoor with all the evidence showing their errors, plus my lawyer discovered a questionable invoice. Aftermy lawyer presented all the evidence of their errors, Windoor and their legal representatives stopped communicating entirely. To make matters worse, the front windows Windoor installed in August 2024 were poorly finished (see pictures attached) no external silicone was applied on top of one window (leaving it exposed to rain), and multiple hinge covers are missing on both doors and several windows. These issues remain unresolved and should have been fixed under warranty. I am letting you all know my experience with windoor as I am still seeking resolution.
