Uns botões de comando de funcionamento de vários discos de um fogão Indesit, como a IMPOACE representa a Indesit, aí fui buscar tais botões, fui recebido muito bem e após consulta num computador, fui informado que na referida loja não os tinha, mas que os iam encomendar e logo que chegassem, telefonar-me-iam. Qual o meu espanto por passado 3 ou 4 dias recebi uma chamada da loja para informar que haviam chegado e logo que quisesse poderia ir levantar. Nessa altura e mais uma vez, o atendimento foi muito bom.
Highly recommend Impoace. I am a renter and my washing machine broke. I reached out to Impoace and the woman who answered was very kind, patiently explaining how the repair process works. My Portuguese language skills are still lacking, so we did everything in English. We were quickly able to settle on a date for the technician to come. Francisco was wonderful, diagnosing and fixing the problem quickly. He also took a photo and sent a write-up so that I could show my landlord that the issue was caused by a mistake during the machine's installation (i.e., not my fault). The price of repair was extremely reasonable and I'm grateful to Impoace!
