Péssimo! Ha cerca de uma semana a minha placa de indução deu erro, passado dias o tecnico veio lá a casa, não fez rigorosamente nada e continuou tudo igual e sem funcionar até ao dia de hoje e ninguém aparece nem assumem o erro! Inclusive tenho seguro para este efeito pela parte da Domestic&General e não obtenho qualquer resposta nem resolução INADMISSÍVEL
Assitencia por telefone positiva, devido a uma máquina aeg Técnico que veio a nossa casa teve cá 2 min, cobrou cerca de 50€, não fez nada. Noutro dia, levaram a máquina e tivemos um orçamento extremamente caro de reparação. Aprendizagem: comprar sempre uma máquina nova.
I went there in July asking to fix my dishwasher, we placed an order and they said to wait about 2 weeks. After one month I tried to contact them - they kept ignoring me. Today still nothing.
