Bradley is an Australian dude who came 5 years ago to Porto started his company here where he helped me do an Inspection for an apartment I intended to buy. He gave me tons of tips before the buy and inspected the apartment professionally. All I can say is u won’t find a better inspector in this city !

Brad helped us recently with a pre-purchase inspection of a property in Porto. As new residents here, we know very little of the process in Portugal and he gave us great advice and a very detailed report. We've worked with Antipodean both for inspections and for renovation works. We hired Bradley on two separate occasions to inspect rural properties we had our eyes on. Even though I'm Portuguese and have some understanding of local buying and building practices, Bradley's inspections were invaluable to us, because not only he identified issues that would have been tremendously expensive further down the line, he also gave us a clear understanding of what to expect in terms of labour and budgeting with the type of property we're aiming for. Bradley has excellent work ethic, knows what to look for, and guides his clients through the process without any fear mongering or sugar coating. Not to mention that where the average builder in Portugal will suggest ETICS and drywall to cover up any issues and pretend that they're not there, Antipodean construction services actually aim to fix at the rootcause, instead of trying to circumvent them and leave them for later.
