I was looking for a Lagree studio in Porto after leaving Paris, and Forma Fitness Studio opened its doors. The classes are intense and the coaches are absolutely amazing. If you want to suffer gently and get an intense, low-impact workout that’s easy on your joints, don’t hesitate. And Angela is so cute !
I was visiting Porto and missed Lagree, so I booked a class at Forma. The studio is quite far from where I was staying but it was completely worth the trek there. They were super responsive to my questions about if they offer English classes (they do!) and very flexible with my scheduling issues. My instructor was Daniel, and he led a challenging and fun class, with a lot of attention to form, which I appreciate so much. The studio itself is very clean with great amenities. Highly recommend!
Forma is our favorite workout go-to place in Porto. The staff is very nice and very well versed in the latest Lagrée techniques. The machines are brand new and the studio is extremely clean with all the bells and whistles (yay for strong A/C and water dispenser!). We had a blast with their class and will definitely come back during our next stay in Porto. Thank you Forma Fitness!
So thrilled there is a Lagree studio in Porto🤩 I have been doing it for many years and love checking out Lagree studios in other countries when I am visiting. This studio is beautiful, spacious and clean; they have changing room, lockers, water station & most importantly AC! I was able to catch Forma's opening of their studio and try a week of classes before I left Portugal. The instructors speak English which was super helpful especially if you are just visiting and want to take a couple Lagree classes. They also do hands on corrections which I appreciate. I'll definitely come back when I am in Porto again. Thank you Forma!💪
