Old school machinery but all solid. Plenty of plates and machine variations for all muscle groups. 10 euro for casual entry. Definitely will be back!

Best gym in Porto
.Excelente ginásio , muito acima da média
I had Ivo as a coach for 4 weeks while I stayed in Porto temporarily and he was amazing. He treated me like a long term client and made sure I got the most out of my short time there, plus he speaks amazing English! (even though he doesn't think so 🤣) He pushed me and helped me build confidence and gave me his full attention always to make sure I had the right form. I have a back injury and he knew exactly how to keep me safe while building muscle. We also had great chats so my sessions always flew by! I wish I could live in Porto so I could keep him as my PT! The gym itself has so many machines and they all work. Nice vibe in there. The receptionists are also very friendly 😊 prices are super reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Super miejsce!
