I had Ivo as a coach for 4 weeks while I stayed in Porto temporarily and he was amazing.<br>He treated me like a long term client and made sure I got the most out of my short time there, plus he speaks amazing English! (even though he doesn't think so 🤣)<br>He pushed me and helped me build confidence and gave me his full attention always to make sure I had the right form. I have a back injury and he knew exactly how to keep me safe while building muscle.<br>We also had great chats so my sessions always flew by!<br>I wish I could live in Porto so I could keep him as my PT!<br>The gym itself has so many machines and they all work. Nice vibe in there.<br>The receptionists are also very friendly 😊 prices are super reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Os funcionários são simpáticos e o espaço encontra-se, geralmente, limpo e organizado. Apesar de o preço poder ser um pouco elevado, oferece boas condições e é uma boa opção para quem pretende melhorar a sua condição física.
Super miejsce! Siłownia jest w pełni wyposażona w maszyny i wolne ciężary. Niczego jej nie brakuje dodatkowo w okresie w którym rozgrywa się mundial siłownia została udekorowana we flagi krajów które biorą w nim udział co dodaje tej siłowni dodatkowego uroku.
