After a year of waiting, faith, and perseverance, we finally celebrated the signing of the deed to a property that seemed guided by miracles… or perhaps by the whims of the heart. On one side, the Portuguese Scout buyers, dreaming of a new headquarters. On the other, the Spanish sellers, the Sisters Servants of Mary, who for years cared for the sick in this palatial home filled with soul. In the middle, the real estate brokers: Spanish from Pamplona, Spanish from Porto, and Portugal as the connecting point. Today was much more than a deed.
