EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. I ordered their services on October 8th, 2025 for 13:00. Not only did they arrive more than 3 hours late (!) wasting half my day, but after their arrival they claimed that they are unable to clean the apartment (2 people, 1 hour), even though they did so in the past. They wanted more than 70 euros for a tiny 26sqm T1 in perfect condition claiming it will take 2 people 2 hours. I obviously disagreed to this and they left. I have lived in this apartment for over 2 years and always 1 hour for 2 people is more than enough time to clean it. Especially as it was delivered to them in perfect condition for cleaning. See video of how the apartment was delivered to them. I also emailed their customer service email and they never even bothered to respond. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. BEWARE.
We were impressed by iClean's quick response to our enquiry, as well as their flexibility in finding a time slot for cleaning on short notice. Their 2-person team did a thorough job in cleaning our apartment. We will be happy to use them o a regular basis.

I broke my hip about 4 months ago and as I recover have been unable to do the normal cleaning in my home. I called iClean to come in and do a deep cleaning. WOW! A team of 3 professionals showed up with all the equipment and supplies needed. They exceeded expectations and left my home immaculate. Somehow they even got our old marble shower cleaner than I've ever been able to do. The pricing was perfect and the team were friendly and responsive. Even my dog, Toby, loved them. I am so impressed that I have scheduled them to come in every 2 weeks to continue the job. Windows sparkle and every corner is clean. THANK YOU!
