We were super happy with the service, from the first contact to the last. There was a lot of professionalism and care during the installation process.
I had bad experience with this company and surely don't recommend them if you don't want to overpay almost twice and lose your time. I wanted to install AC multi split and bomba de calor. They sent me the price almost in a week after they took measurements and their equipment prices for bomba de calor was more than 80% more expensive (which is ridiculous), for AC 15-25% more (which I believe is +- acceptable) than market average and their installation price were on the same level as in other companies like Leroy etc. When I asked about the prices without equipment they become silent and now it's almost 3 weeks I'm getting the prices. Don't lose your time like me, there are many decent options on the market.

GoldClima has installed a pellet stove in my apartment and I was so satisfied with their service that I also asked them to install air condition in two additional rooms. Communication was very friendly and the technicians where always on time and very professional. Both installations where done quickly, with fair price and no hidden extra cost. I don't have any complains and fully recommend.
