Avoid this company. A firepit came with a month delay, with still wet paint and way worse quality than on pictures, with weaker metal and weighting 30kg instead of 80kg as per description. Also it was damaged. And it got rusted after one week stored INSIDE my house. They refused to take it back cause somewhere in T&C it is mentioned all metal products are custom. Since i didnt ask for custom and it was not clearly stated, PayPal forced them to pay back, however i spent 200eur for delivery. I wish i read reviews befor buying.

We bought a fire pit from Plantox. It arrived without oxidation and completely scratched. We immediately requested a return, but the company sent us a recipe to oxidize it ourselves and convinced us to keep it. However, the fire pit has no drainage, so the wood gets wet and rots. We asked to return it again, and Plantox told us to drill a small hole. Even without the hole, rust is staining my floor. Plantox is not responding to us. Terrible product, not fit for purpose, and the company is awful. I heard from a friend who had a similar issue.

Very pleased with the customer service. I was buying flower pots for my rooftop garden. Employees helped me with the choice of material and type of the pots, that would suit the surrounding the best. They also gave me useful recomendation what perennials are the most suitable for my garden. Quick delivery and instalation of the product.
