I did two keys one of them works kind of okay and the other it’s too big it was cheap but not worth it. I live in another country so I couldn’t come back to make the return… F
A total irresponsability. The guy opens the shops whenever he wants and closes it whenever he wants. I ordered 5 copies of keys and none of them worked. In front of me there were 3 people with the same problem who came for fix. The owner most probably it's already too old for this job, and doing a lot of mistakes and we suffer, but he doesn't care. And you know why he doesn't care ? Because he provides some special types of locks with special keys and you can't do a copy anywhere else in all the district. So you will be forced to come at his door around 5 times and find it closed or in the best case you will be able to make a copy which does not work. Good luck
5* service! The sales assistant was very helpful in explaining all the types of locks I could get and differences. Reasonably priced too!
We needed copies of keys made and although our Portuguese is not the best, the gentlemen at this shop were happy to help us! They made copies on the spot and the price was quite reasonable. They seem to have every kind of key in existence!
