Fui ao cartório apenas para fazer um simples reconhecimento de assinatura, mas infelizmente a experiência não foi positiva. Fui atendido pela notária estagiária Francisca Marques Araújo. O atendimento foi marcado por falta de simpatia e de postura profissional. A funcionária demonstrou desinteresse e tratou-me com evidente desconforto, como se eu estivesse a incomodar. Parecia estar farta do trabalho, o que não se coaduna com a natureza do serviço público notarial. Duas estrelas ao invés de uma por dois motivos: 1º Porque fui inicialmente recebido por outra funcionária que foi simpática e cordial; 2º Porque acredito que todos merecem uma segunda oportunidade. Espero que este feedback sirva como incentivo para melhorias no futuro.
I needed to notarize documents and I decided to go to this notary office because of the review. It is located in Porto, just 4 minutes from Trindade metro station. The front entrance is still under construction, but I made it. I came without an appointment and I got my documents notarized immediately after agreeing with the price. The staff is nice (make sure everything is written correctly). I was waiting for about 20 minutes. I recommend 👍 12 euros to notarize a declaration, and 50 euros to notarize a power of attorney letter. It is a small office but the service is great.

Validated the signature of documents from the US. After our lawyer asked for a small change, they quickly added what was requested. Great service.
