I went to the office with the original document in Russian (1 page) and a notarized translation in Portuguese, needing a translation into French. They told me that this process is done via email, the estimated cost was 100 euros. This was acceptable to me as it is the usual price. I sent an email, and they replied that the cost of translating my one-page document is 319 euros + 20 euros for a copy, and I needed to come back to their office to provide the original again. I wasted time instead of finding another agency with reasonable prices and friendly communication.
