We had a wonderful stay in Porto! The location is perfect - just a 10-minute walk downhill to the waterfront and 15 minutes to the Cathedral. All entry codes were sent in advance, which made check-in very convenient. The room was spotless. They also left a welcome magnet (a nice touch that shows they care about service) and a beautiful postcard of Porto - it was really pleasant. However, there is room for improvement. The shower lacks any shelves for toiletries, so we had to put everything on the floor. Also, the guest kit (sugar, salt, oil) was too minimal: there were only 2 small sugar packets for four people. It felt a bit underwhelming. You can see the hotel is trying to work on its service, but we wish they would pay more attention to such details. Still, a comfortable stay in a great location!

The apartment was tidy, clean and had everything you could need. The items left were very tasteful and appreciated. There were chocolates, Portuguese tarts and Port left. Also all the basics needed for cooking.The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Perfect for the weather at this time of year.

Everything was perfect. We really liked the whole apartment – it has very new, cozy furniture and is very clean. The position of the balcony, sunset side, with a really nice view, is perfect. The entry with the code was easy. The apartment has a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all the kitchen utensils you need. The bedding was very clean. The TV works perfectly and there are lots of channels. The air conditioning works well. There are bins for separating garbage on the street nearby. The bus and train stations are very close. The Lidl supermarket is only 20 meters away, and there is also a shopping center nearby. We recommend this place to everyone. The staff responds quickly to online messages. You get more than what you pay for. We would give it the highest rating.

Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here in the future. The apartment is very close to the River, restaurants, boat rides, the bridge, etc. It rained quite a bit while I was there and there was a leak in the hallway and water closet, but I was able to get some extra towels and Guest Ready provided me with a partial refund for the situation. I was very happy with this resolution and was still able to enjoy my stay.

The unit was in a great location (up a hill but it’s Porto!) close to restaurants, services and landmarks. There was plenty of space, a comfortable sofa to watch TV and lots of light opening the balcony doors. (Too bad It rained most of the time we were there.) The bedroom was a bit tight on space but adequate for sure. The mattress was ok; a pad or topper would be good. The only issue was that parking details were not included with the checkin details so we paid for parking and hauled our luggage a number of blocks uphill in the rain. Once I confirmed details we moved our car. Very tricky entrance and driveway; we stayed parked during our stay and walked everywhere. But very nice to have this amenity. Communication with host company was prompt and thorough.
