Agent unprofessional, did not communicate. Wasted six weeks of my time. Then claimed seller's family was not in agreement with the price so they were increasing it. She told me it was still a good deal because they would throw in the water heater that was installed in the house! What?? They were planning to tear out the water heater??? I wonder what else they had planned.
