Even a registered letter sent by my lawyer received no response. End result: I paid roughly 2/3 of the total contract (≈66%), and only 1/3 of the work (≈33%) was completed. As a result, I paid approximately two-thirds of the total amount (around 66%), while only one-third of the work (around 33%) was completed. This constitutes a serious breach of contract and a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs.

Se estão a ponderar aceitar alguma proposta por parte desta empresa, por favor não o façam. Realizaram uma intervenção em Agosto no meu telhado: substituição de telhas partidas, limpeza e hidrofugagem. Tudo parecia impecável até aparecer uma mancha de humidade no meu tecto. Após nossa inspeção, verificamos (há um mês) que o telhado foi deixado com inúmeras telhas partidas e o cenário é aquele que se vê nos vídeos e que dispensa comentário. Mas talvez isto não seja o pior. O pior é mesmo a total falta de ética e profissionalismo por parte do comercial que, após uma deslocação para verificar o problema, deixou de atender telefones e responder a mensagens. Na semana passada indicou que um técnico se iria deslocar, ficamos o dia inteiro à espera e ninguém apareceu nem foi dada qualquer explicação. Após contacto com o escritório indicam que estão a aguardar por uma reunião para averiguar... Um comentário perfeitamente ridículo numa situação urgente , evidente e inclusive já verificada pelos próprios. Caso não haja intervenção rapidamente, a este comentário seguir-se á uma reclamação formal - e por aí seguiremos porque estamos CANSADOS de incompetência.

We had our roof done in October and still have leaks they promised to com out and fix it for a third time in May but didn’t come and now won’t answer our messages. TERRIBLE AFTERSALES SERVICE. NEW UPDATE I am sure you really do not want us to be on your stand at Fatacil in Lagoa, Algarve, discussing your poor service with your colleagues when there will be potential new customers around.
