If it was possible I would give 0/5!! Try contacting the company, they never respond. The worst company ever. Ordered 3 windows, waited 3 months for installation. One window was incorrect size, the other two with damage. They sent the technicians to have a look, and one of them sneakily tried to paint the scratches/damages with a pen - when I caught him, he tried to hide the pen!!! Now have to wait another 8 weeks for one window to be made as they only have enough materials to make 2 of the 3 - so that'll be 3 separate occasions of disruption. JUST AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND DON'T RECOMMEND. Included only a few photos - but got told by one employee, '...the windows will come with scratches'!!
