Lucia has been a wonderful partner in our home purchase. I do mean partner in the truest sense. She was active in every step of the process communicating how things work, what to expect and helping find solutions and resources. She was patient giving us time to ask questions and come up with analogies to our own experience outside of Portugal. The combination of these actions really lowered our anxiousness related to our first home purchase outside of the US. The way Lucia worked with the seller and the seller’s agent was kind and compassionate.
