They lost all my messages because our conversation on WhatsApp got mistakenly archived on their end, and I missed some good opportunities because of this. And in other circumstances, communication has not been the best either. Other than that, I am sure that these were isolated cases and that they do their work with passion. EDIT: I updated this review after they reached out to me directly to kindly explain what happened and apologize. I appreciate they took the time to investigate.
Highly recommended agency with excellent contacts for both completed units and off-plan opportunities in Vila Nova de Gaia, Maia, Porto and surrounds. Diogo and his colleagues managed the entire sales process, and also facilitated our mortgage application and transfer, acting on our behalf via power of attorney. Communication was proactive and excellent throughout the process, and without the assistance of Boutique das Casas we'd no doubt still be looking.
