NOT recommended. Once the purchase is completed Chave Nova does not provide any assistance if there are issues with the property (such as electric, plumbing, repairs, etc.) even though the new owner is entitled to receive assistance and reimbursement for repairs per Portuguese Laws. Once they have their commission you are on your own. Never again. Part 2: The purchase took place in Canidelo office so the location is correct, with Manuel Silva and some other manager. After there is a problem with the apartment, Chave Nova transfers the problem to the seller which is no longer available. So the buyer (me) has no help or support. Be aware.
