This is a fantastic company! The movers were very professional and on time. They took extra care to package fragile items. None of the employees spoke English but this was no problem with the help of Google translate. A great value for a fair price!!!
I have been in contact with Telma from Moovax for 1-2 months previously to the move that is happening since 22/06. We’ve traded about 30 emails back and forth to dimension and estimate the cost, delivery time and everything went awful. First issue was even after several emails, the date wasn’t the best. I asked for months and weeks previous to the pick-up what would be the best date to pick-up the content in case I would want to receive by 29th of June. So we agreed on 22. In the end it wasn’t 7 days but 7 business days, I lost 3 work days over this. Second, the dimensioning was awful, I had to pay extra for 7 boxes which they don’t inform you upfront, so you get surprised by extra things to pay in the middle of the service. Third, the company they used Kuehne Nagel, marked the delivery to be completed by 29/06. The information hasn’t changed since. I sat at home waiting the whole day, so another day lost, just to have they inform by 11 PM that it left Portugal 29/06, not 22 or 23 as I was informed. The whole experience has been awful. I reached out to Telma to ask for an accurate date so I can hire someone to bring the furniture/contents upstairs as they also do not provide that, and she said “reach the company by yourself”. This is the quality of Moovax services. I do not recommend. Pay extra, double, but save yourself from this headache. **I will change the review in case the situation progress**
Very efficient with competitive price. Mr. Danilo was always great with communication and the team that came in the truck was very professional and handled all my equipment with care. Would recommend their services! Thank you
