V good honest company ,great advice
After viewing the wall damp, they agreed to repair and do fix the leak on roof if any. They took the advance of 96 GBP and after opening up the wall, kept making excuses and have never repaired or came back or gave back the deposit since 5 months.

When we bought our flat in Aberdeen the vendor didn't have any certificates/ guarantees for timber treatment work that had been carried out several years earlier. Two days before we were due to complete we decided we needed to get a professional inspection to satisfy ourselves that there wasn't any current activity. McKay Preservation were prepared to carry out this inspection the following day; make all the arrangements to do so with the solicitors/ vendors; phone in a verbal report on the day of the inspection; and provide a brief written report to go with the papers.
