This was the best inflatable bed I ever purchased, speedy delivery, compact packaging and quality materials. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. If you’re looking for a quality airbed then actiflow is the one you want. I purchased a double to replace an old unit and though the sizing and lift hight was perfect for my existing divan base. 5 stars

After having an inspection carried out earlier in the year a few issues were raised and photo evidence provided of the work that needed carried out. I scheduled this work for September but then due to circumstances had to reschedule for October and the team at Richardson and Starling had absolutely no problems accommodating for this change. The work carried out was the guaranteed wood worm treatment, the workers left the property in a clean and tidy manner with the appropriate warning signs stating when we could go back upstairs. Thoroughly impressed and will be using this company again for carrying out the remainder of the repairs!

Derek was great. Prompt and courteous and made a good job of the joinery as part of a damp treatment. He protected all my carpets with plastic sheeting. He kept good social distance from me too when we had to discuss anything. I'm a landlord and Richardson Starling have completed several projects over the years for me. Steven the surveyor is always so knowledgeable too . I would highly recommend the team.

I contacted Richardson & Starling to have some damp patches repaired, and from the initial contact, to the completion of the work, I have been delighted with the service. Lynette in the office has been extremely helpful in arranging times which suited my work situation. The joiners Stuart and his son were extremely efficient and pleasant, they arrived well ahead of time, allowing me to go to work on time ! They cleaned up very well after they had finished a very messy process. I would highly recommend Richardson & Starling.

We contacted Richardson & Starling at the start of July about a woodworm problem we were having, and within two weeks we'd had an initial visit, emailed quote and the work had been completed. In fact it would have been within a week if we'd been able to get time off work earlier ourselves! The work itself took only a couple of hours and was handled professionally and courteously by David Paterson, who arrived just after 8 am in the morning to complete the work. Overall we're very pleased and would return to this company again (though in the nicest of possible ways we hope we never have to!)
