He completed the work on time - actually finishing a little earlier than planned - working consistently throughout the project. Aberdeen Hardwood Flooring installed a hardwood floor in our living room a few years ago. We love it and asked Jamie back to install the same in our hallway, and it too is fabulous and really enhances our home! Jamie himself is great - he works away professionally and quietly to a very high standard, and keeps everything clean and tidy with minimal fuss. Jamie did an amazing job on our floors. We had a grey carpet in our bedroom which made the room feel small and dark. Jamie came in and lifted the carpet and took it away for us and sanded down the original floorboards. We had initially wanted a stain, but when we saw how light the room was with the pine boards as their natural colour we went with that instead. He was efficient, neat and tidy and was only there 3 days! Hardly any mess to clean up at all. Was very clear in his communication about how to take care of the floors and how long to leave them before putting furniture back in. He was also the best quote we found, and I'm really impressed with how neat, even and quick everything was. Amazing, than you Jamie for transforming our bedroom! Recently had our whole downstairs refinished and the oak flooring has been finished to a very high standard with minimal dust. Very professional business would highly recommend.
We had Jamie replace the entire flooring of our house with engineered oak floor. He visited us initially and brought lots of samples. Then he found further samples of flooring within our budget. He arrived to start the flooring when he said and worked really hard for the next 3 weeks together with his assistant. He also came back promptly to fix a tricky spot where the floor was not entirely level. We are very pleased with the result and would use this company again.
