We just had two lovely gates installed by Duncan and his team. After discussions on possible designs, Duncan worked diligently to create very beautiful products. From the design to the colour, Duncan was careful about producing a quality result. He was in constant contact with us, discussing changes that would have to be made so the gates would be strong as well as aesthetically pleasing. It is clear he is extremely busy but he does not rush his work; the installation of our gates was done carefully, neatly and patiently. But aside from his amazing professional manner, Duncan is a lovely man – personable, thoughtful and polite. We are so glad we have come to know Duncan, a craftsman who takes pride in his work as well as a kind, warm, caring person.
