I have been going to the small group PT sessions for 5-6 months now and it has been a great journey. I started going to the sessions to build my confidence in the gym and I have noticed a massive difference in my strength and confidence. Michael is a great PT who makes you feel at ease at the gym whilst pushing you and motivating you to do your best. The workout plans are variable which keep the sessions engaging and more fun. Would highly recommend!
I’ve been a part of the ladies small group PT sessions for a few months now and I’m so happy with the results. Michael is very knowledgeable, motivating and attentive to each clients needs. The workouts incorporate varied equipment and exercises which keeps the sessions interesting (and challenging!). Michael is always happy to adapt sessions to ensure they are accessible for everyone, especially if you’re recovering from an injury or struggling in a particular area. Michael pushes you to your limit while still making you feel supported and encouraged! I highly recommend Michael for anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being!
I have been attending Michael's ladies only small group classes for almost a year and a half and its the best decision I've ever made. I was never consistent with working out in the past, lacked confidence and technique. Since joining I have felt stronger and regained that confidence. Michael puts a lot of effort into his classes, ensures you are working hard and makes them fun/engaging. If you are considering joining a PT I would highly recommend Michael.
I started attending Michael’s small group sessions back in the spring. I knew that going to the gym and trying to workout on my own has not worked for me in the past; I need the accountability and motivation provided by having a PT with me every step of the way. I was nervous as I had not really done much for my fitness in the months before. I am honestly delighted that I took the first step! The sessions are challenging but I (weirdly!) love them. Michael is extremely professional, encouraging and great at pushing me beyond what I think I am capable of. I like the fact the sessions are quite short, there is no hanging around - you arrive, workout and leave feeling as though you have really achieved something. Michael varies the workouts so the repetitive boredom doesn’t kick in and it works brilliantly to be working alongside 3 other women. It’s incredibly reassuring to have Michael tailor each session to my individual capabilities - I don’t have to worry about following charts or working out what I should be lifting or doing: for me, this is perfect! I feel stronger and more confident - I highly recommend Michael’s group sessions.
One year in! Michael has been amazing at keeping me on track. I joined his ladies only small group class to build resilience following an elbow injury. Michael tailored my workouts which has enabled me to improve my overall strength and fitness. This has had a huge positive effect where I rarely feel pain in my elbow. The classes are fun and well structured. Michael is encouraging and has the class working to the best of our abilities. The classes are friendly with good banter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone who is considering joining a personal trainer/ gym class. He really does work hard to help people achieve their goals.
