The whole process — from initial assessment through to styling and final de staging — ran exactly as set out and gave us real confidence. Victoria clearly understands the local market and target buyers, focusing spend only where it would have the greatest effect and making smart, practical decisions throughout. Communication was excellent, and she managed all contractors for repairs and redecoration very effectively, which made the process far less stressful for us. The property went under offer just over five weeks after going on the market and achieved slightly above asking price in a very competitive market. When we had our initial consultation with Victoria on Zoom from the other side of the world, we felt an immediate bond and sense of ease with her. I hired Victoria over lockdown when we couldn't travel and I am so impressed with what we achieved. I live in Glasgow and we did everything over video call.
