Extremely disappointing experience. I would recommend considering other options if you are looking for a real professional cleaning company. I booked this service expecting a professional deep clean, especially considering the pricing (£45 deposit plus £17 per hour). Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning was far below what would reasonably be expected. Multiple areas were either missed entirely or cleaned very superficially. Doors were not cleaned, one of the rooms was left untouched, and both bathrooms (including shower and bathtub) were not properly cleaned. The overall result was not even close to a deep clean. I initially confirmed the clean at the end of the visit, however this was before I had the opportunity to properly assess the entire flat in detail. Once I did, several issues became clear and I raised them shortly after. I was offered a return visit, but having already lost confidence in the service and needing the flat sorted promptly, I arranged another cleaner instead. She pointed out several areas that had not been properly cleaned, and I had to spend an additional £105 to bring the property to an acceptable standard. Despite explaining this and the extra cost incurred, no refund or meaningful resolution was offered. This review reflects my personal experience.
Booked 2 cleaners in through Rita to carry out a house clean prior to moving out. The girls did a fantastic job and brought the place up to scratch. Good communication, punctual and most importantly they left a great tidy finish.
