Had a sticky lock preventing use of the key to unlock the door. Arrived within 30 minutes of initial call and then replaced the faulty lock within the next 30 minutes. Faultless and fast service!

Had to give this guy a call this morning before 8am! Just home from my nursing nightshift and got locked out! Wasn't a click yale or anything, actually need to turn the key to lock, however today, the door shut and the lock locked leaving me outside! I did have the key but it was the handles that were broken! Panic! Thank god I had my mobile in my pocket! Phoned this guy (sorry didn't get your name!) And he said he would be 20 minutes, I was really apologetic regarding phoning so early! Time passed and he arrived before his said time, great service, I was stressed, given reassurance, spoke me through my problem and what was needed to fix it, step by step explained! Great customer service and excellent value for money! Done in no time so I could get to my bed before working again tonight! So grateful for this guy! Would highly recommend him to everyone! Came promptly. Explained the problem clearly and what was required. Said a new gearbox was required and he would have to order it. Said needed to take payment up front so he could pay for the part. I said I was not prepared to do that. Agreed on 50%. Said it would be the following day. Called me 1030 next day and said he would be round in 20 mins - was. Fitted new part and improved other aspects of door etc so would work smoothly. Asked us to try door - a huge improvement. Explained what to do to keep it working well for years and what issues to look out for. Said to call him if any concerns. All in all, an excellent service.
