John came out fairly soon to inspect my vehicle. He had the ignition barrell off in no time. He managed to source a second hand part, so his bill was quite reasonable. He kept me up to date with progress. He had it back on the road as soon as he could (parts ordered). I suspect my local garage would've towed it back to their garage n may have struggled to fix it. I was able to pay him on the spot, which saved a little faff payin online later. Well done John and thanks again.

Honestly, I can’t thank John enough. I lost my emergency key blade and couldn’t get into my car, and was stressing because I rely on my car for work. Phoned John to explain the situation and he was very helpful. He went to where my car was parked, cut a new key, and programmed it without me needing to be there. Super professional, reliable, and just genuinely helpful. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and really cares about helping people. Less than a week from ordering to installation. John delivered and installed our new safe in less than an hour, did a clean and tidy job. Such a nice man too, friendly, polite and super efficient. We would highly recommend him.
