Daughters house was infested with wasps, called Alex at North East Scotland pest control at 11am he said he would make time to fit me in later that afternoon between 3pm and 4pm. Bang on the money Alex was there at 3pm. He explained what he was going to do and what would happen to the wasps after his intervention. A short while later, job was done and dusted. With the assurance that if there was any sign of wasps the next day he would return to treat the wasps again. Alex is a fine lad, customer focused, very knowledgeable, timely and efficient who runs a business how it should be run. Professional intervention at a great price. Would certainly use Alex again and will tell friends and family to use Alex if they have a requirement for pest control.

Contacted regarding a wasps nest which was not visible, within the soffit of the roof where it changed pitch. North East pest control arrived on the same day and explained how they would deal with the problem in good detail. Service was efficient and the job was done within 30 minutes. I was assured that the wasps would not be a bother going forward as the nest was dealt with but any problems to give him a shout and he would come back. Very reasonably priced compared to anyone else in the area. Highly recommend and will will contact again for any pest related issues.
