The job I had that required fixing was phoned in at 8.30am & by 9.45am the plumber was at my door ready to assess & deal with the repair. The fault was found, part bought & repair carried out promptly & at a reasonable cost. I had a follow up call to ensure the work had been carried out to my satisfaction which it was. It's good to find a reliable company with reasonable charges. I'm very impressed & if requiredwill certainly give them a call. Would definitely recommend.
Used Plumberheat previously to replace a faulty shower pump and contacted them again regarding a full bathroom renovation. Communication with Chettan was flawless, he regularly checked the progress, which was really reassuring and took off a lot of pressure. Adrian who installed the bathroom did an excellent job and followed the design exactly as I asked. He also dealt with unexpected issues professionally, including replacing rotten floorboards. Everything was done neatly and thoughtfully, and the finished result looks fantastic, I honestly couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
Found Plumberheat via Facebook. Always a bit wary of FB but needed a plumber fairly quickly as immersion tank was old, not working and developed a leak. Reviews were good so I took a punt, and I'm glad I did. Had an emergency call out today due to a large leak in our bedroom. Water was coming out our ceiling from the immersion heater in the attic. Adrian came round within the hour, charged a very reasonable price for the fix + call-out and had it done within a hour, along with advising work we should have carried out on a separate part of the immersion in the future. Very reliable and reasonable 🙂
