Alan was very welcoming, shown around the property with great detail. Very attentive to any needs and very good communication from the start of process to the very end. All in all Alan was very helpful, fast response relating to everything! Upon receiving keys, he explained all appliances and all other things well relating to the property. Would highly recommend!

Alan was absolutely brilliant with helping myself and my partner get our first flat together. He answered any questions we had really quickly which made the whole process so easy. Came across ACT in December when looking to let in Aberdeen. Most agencies we contacted either didn't get back to us or had poor reviews but Alan at ACT answered straight away and fully answered all our questions. The service has been excellent, very friendly with regular updates on potential viewings/tenants and secured us a good tenant quickly despite the time of year. Move in went well - Alan handed everything, he even checked the heating was ok the day before. As Landlords of almost 20 years it's been the best Agency service we've had.

I genuinely cannot recommend Alan and ACT Property Leasing highly enough. As a landlord, he is absolutely worth his weight in gold. I’ve been working with him for very nearly a year now and he has taken such a huge weight off my shoulders, far more than I ever expected when I first appointed a letting agent. Alan is incredibly reasonably priced but the level of service he provides goes so far beyond that. Nothing is ever too much trouble, no matter how small the issue, and he always has practical, proactive suggestions to resolve any problems that come up. I honestly don’t know when he sleeps - he seems to be available at all hours and always responds quickly. While I know I pay him for a service, I don’t think he could ever truly understand just how much his support has helped me over the past year. I recommend him without hesitation and already have done to both family and friends. If you’re looking for a reliable, caring, and highly competent letting agent - Alan is your guy.
