If I could put 0 stars I would. They charged me cleaning fee for moving out and took off deposit. I'm pretty sure they do this to everyone, if u expect full deposit back you won't be getting it even if you leave it immaculate. Always had issues with these people when living here as well, be careful!!

If you’re considering renting through this agency, my advice is simple: don’t. When I moved into the flat, it was in a condition I can only describe as uninhabitable. Mold, filth, broken appliances—it was clear no one had inspected it before handing me the keys. I reported everything immediately, but instead of urgency or concern, I got weeks of delays, empty promises, and vague excuses. It took over two months (and the threat of legal escalation) before anything was remotely addressed. And even then, the “repairs” were minimal, cosmetic, and left many of the original issues unresolved. The tumble dryer? Never installed. The mold? Ignored until I made enough noise. The general tone from the agency? Dismissive, defensive, and borderline gaslighting. They are quick to take your money and raise your rent but slow to provide any duty of care. It feels very much like the agency prioritizes landlord profits and liability avoidance over tenant wellbeing and legal compliance. You will be made to feel like a nuisance for expecting basic habitability standards. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. AVOID.
