Hello, Extremely disappointing business. They have put a lot of pressure and I have paid my EPC at 130£ straight away. One hour before the assessor was supposed to come today 25/11 at 11:00, I got a phone call from the admin team. He was finally not able to come. So, at the end, I have paid for a service. I still do not have any new date and time for the assessor visit. Nothing explained, no reason. I do understand that an employee can be off sick but given on the price of this service, I would expect them to provide another assessment. I have also taken a day off from work…useless. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE this company if you want an EPC. Please share this and do not hesitate to reach me out for further details. You will also see I put 5 stars reviews when I am happy with a business.
The surveyor showed up on time and was friendly and efficient. I received the draft and final report quickly and the admin staff were very helpful.
