We have had a very positive experience living here. The building is well managed, the area is pleasant, and any questions or issues have been handled quickly and professionally. A special mention to Talula Rodrigues, who has been incredibly supportive, helpful and approachable throughout. She has made the whole process much easier for us, from moving in to settling here, and always makes us feel looked after. She is a real asset to the team and a big part of why our experience has been so good.

We moved into our 2 bedroom apartment just over 2 weeks ago now. The application process took just over a week from first viewing to moving in. This was down to the outstanding work done on our behalf, at a very stressful time for us, by the lovely Anne and Diane at the lettings suite. We were already dealing with our own personal house quite a few miles away that had become uninhabitable and so to have Anne and Diane looking after us was a godsend. The apartment is fantastic and will be more than sufficient for our needs until our own house becomes available again. As someone else said, waking up to those beautiful countryside views is lovely. Couldn’t praise Anne and Diane highly enough. Thank you.

The 2 bed apartment we rented far exceeded expectations. Immaculate on arrival, the flat was spotless, well appointed and appliances were to a very high standard. We had very few problems whilst in the flat but anything we did raise was resolved very promptly by the on site team. Would highly recommend and thanks to Anne & Diane in the office and Reuben and Cliff who were always on hand to resolve any issues.

Moved into my Dandara studio apartment in July. The application process was quite lengthy but had no issues and any questions were answered promptly. Move in day came and I was given a thorough tour and everything shown to me and explained. My car parking space was a bit far away from my apartment as I have an issue with my back currently so mobility has been an issue. They immediately sorted out a closer space for me I have mostly dealt with Anne and she has been fantastic! Couldn’t fault them in anyway. Iv seen people posting about issues with noise outside or neighbours and I haven’t had any problem at all. Really love my new apartment and would recommend anyone to live here!

Renting with Dandara Living I’ve been renting a studio apartment for almost over 6 months now and no where else in Aberdeen will ever come close to the living standards here at Forbes place. The truth really is 100% luxury living, from the apartment being modern, stylish and spacious with a balcony. Waking up to a panoramic view of countryside whilst knowing you live in a city. All of this is fantastic and to make it an even more memorable and proud place to stay you have an amazing management team there for you! They work a 9-5 basis 7 days a week providing conceirge service, updating us with any important information and also communicating with every tennant on a personal level. It’s 2nd to none customer service and everyday I wake up to the glorious sun shining into my apartment I am thankful that I started renting with the Dandara Living letting agency!
