AVOID worst experience I've ever encountered, after weeks of going back and forth with verbal then written offers with Hilary Murray we finally came to a deal on a property, formal acceptance was done and in the hands of solicitors. A few weeks passed and I was contacted by my own solicitor who explained the deal wouldn't be going ahead as Galbraith and there client accepted a higher offer and didn't even have the decency to inform myself nor my solicitor, so as far as I was concerned I was waiting on the missives to be concluded. On finding this out I called Galbraith and spoke to Hilary and to be honest she just didn't care and stated what she done wasn't wrong nor illegal. I was made aware that this is correct as Galbraith isn't a solicitor and just an estate agent although my own solicitor was absolutely gobsmacked as this is not good business practice. He also advised me that if they were a solicitor then Hilary would need to leave the practice. Myself and my family are absolutely devastated and disgusted with the way these agents do business and will strongly advise anyone looking to purchase anything from this estate agent to be very careful and if you can avoid please do as I wouldn't like anyone to be as disappointed as I've been left.

We had an excellent experience using Galbraith's for the sale of our Mum's flat. Prior to us signing with Galbraith's, Hilary prepared a marketing report which was detailed, informative and far superior to any other report we had received. The quality of the photos taken of the flat for the sale were excellent and presented it beautifully. Hilary guided us through the process, communicating promptly when necessary and provided knowledgable, sound advice. Hilary and her colleagues in the Cults office Hannah and Lynn were responsive, professional and very helpful. We would highly recommend Galbraith's.

I haven't had such a lovely experience with an estate agent in a really long time - it was so nice to chat about our needs, feel valued and have someone go out of their way to give us some advice since we're planning a long distance move to Aberdeenshire towards the end of the year.

We are just so pleased we chose Galbraith as our selling agents. They have had such a highly professional but sensitive approach when guiding us through the maze of selling our home. All round lovely friendly bunch and Hannah and Amy have been so proactive in liaising with potential buyers and marketing the property. Having had such a good experience personally I can highly recommend.
