Lovely one bedroom apartment on ground floor, in dubious area, grotty unkept hallway, great value for money, with shower over bathtub in clean bathroom. Bedroom too small and narrow, but with nice queen bed up against wall on one side, with no wardrobe or drawer space. Very large TV on wall, in spacious lounge. Kitchen narrow, with washing machine and plenty of storage space. Would highly recommend this apartment for thin people (kitchen)
We had a wonderful stay at this rental flat with Grampian Lettings Ltd. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. It was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, including extra towels and bedding, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and we especially enjoyed the stunning view of the harbour. A week before our arrival, the hosts informed us that there was maintenance scheduled in the original flat we had booked, and they generously upgraded us to another unit at no extra cost. This thoughtful gesture really stood out and added to our positive experience. Highly recommended—no complaints at all!
