I rented for two years and consistently found them to be very accessible and prompt in their responses. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive, and they offered excellent support for any concerns that came up during my time as a tenant.

Wish I could give zero stars. I had the most awful experience renting from this company. Everything was fine until I decided to move. I spent 3 full days cleaning before I handed back the keys. I left the property I'm better condition to when I moved in. Despite all that they still found 'faults' and took all my deposit and demanded more!! They were nasty,rude and had no humanity. They took my money and re decorated the whole property and are now charging more for the next tenants. All at my expense. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are con artists.

Having stayed in a property managed by morna petrano for 3 years. I was pleasantly surprised by how swiftly any issues where resolved, and to be honest the quarterly flat inspections helped to get me in too the habit of quarterly flat major cleans. A practice I'm hoping I can keep up in my own place. It was single handily the best rental property situation I've ever been in, and I highly recommend them. 👌
