I've been a renter with Parkhill Properties for six years and have absolutely no complaints. They have nice staff, a very straightforward process and are always easily contactable. Any maintenance issues can be raised through a convenient online form and usually they arranged for someone to fix the problem on the same day (worth noting, I have no problem with letting them use their spare keys to access the property when I am out - which obviously aids in them responding quickly). They checked my property roughly every quarter, and arranged for PAT testing etc on a regular schedule. I also changed my tenancy agreement a few times over the years (as roommates came and went) and it was always an easy process. Would highly recommend them as a property agency.

They are incredibly easy to deal with, friendly and always professional in their approach, whether that's by phone, email or through their great website services. Their communications regarding anything to do with the property, such as inspections, maintenance visits and statutory works are second to none, and they've always been open to work around my schedule and privacy as a tenant where possible.
