I went with Peterkins to purchase my house in Scotland in 2022 and then to sell it in 2026. I had initially gone with the Real Estate Agents solicitor to sell but had to change after a complete breakdown in communication and went to who I knew (never should have done otherwise). Peterkins are truly amazing, consistent and constant communication, they know the business they are in and make the entire process extremely easy. They are competitive on pricing and beyond this just wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with. They have also handled my sisters purchases and sales, my brothers new build and sale of his old place along with my mothers new home after my father passed away.
