Plenty of high quality photographs and a good use of technology to provide an excellent 3D walk around for prospective buyers. Our listing appeared on all the primary property sites online. Remax use the app Street.co.uk. Which if you are not familiar with it, updates you with information about viewings booked and completed amongst other things. It’s an excellent way to keep abreast of progress. We had a very healthy uptake as a result with around a dozen viewers in as many days and a closing date within a fortnight achieving a price in excess of our expectations.
