Thanks for Gavin bain company and Mr John hardie, he is my best ever seen solicitor, behave like a angle from the god. Let my hopeless heart fill with hope, and felt the warm of this world!
Angela was so nice that I literally felt bad I’m leaving the property, I would recommend Gavin Bain to anyone and if I need a property in future, I would definitely ask them to get me another property
I cannot praise Gavin Bain & Company enough, and particularly Mr Stephen Glennie, who conducted the purchase of a property on my behalf. His professionalism and work attitude are outstanding, all communications were quick and straight to the point. I would highly recommend this company.
Very good dairy products and gallego ice creams for sale. The management should put a list of ice-cream flavours outside while people queue outside as once inside it takes time to choose what you want to buy. This takes time and means less ice-cream being sold as customers wait outside.
Really pleased with the service from Gavin Bain & Co in selling and buying our properties. I got quotes for selling our property from 7 property solicitors across Aberdeen and Gavin Bain's was the best value, coming in well-under some of the other quotes.
