Have had numerous faults since system was installed, Phoned up to check what I thought was another problem, they sent out someone for 10min max, not requested by me, there was no talk of a charge and this could have been sorted over the phone without anyone coming out and now I have just received a bill for £96, Advise to stay well clear unless you have money to waste. Was going to get more security installed but will now use someone else.
Well, I don't know which company the poor reviews have been dealing with, but have been with AAC for several years now since moving from Another Darned Travesty for our domestic alarm. Very helpful from the quote onwards; we got an extra sensor fitted, plus a Digiplus for free polling calls. 6 monthly service checks as standard instead of annual, and all for considerably less than aforesaid other company. Have had one obscure technical problem which took a little while to sort out but the latest engineer persevered and nailed the problem, and turned out it was a technicality with some equipment not of their making. Have always had good response from the office angels. Have recommended to a couple of friends/neighbours who also appear to be happy.
