Bon-Accord Glass done and excellent job from initial purchase to the installation, the workmen were very professional and cleaned up as they went along. The door was fitted and everything went very smoothly and left with no signs of debris or mess left totally satisfied with there work
We bought this house 5 years ago and the previous owners had installed a new front door. I was very glad to see Bon Accord Glass stood by their gaurantee and sent out a great pair of lads in Liam and Steve to help us when the front door was leaking. In good humour they addressed and solved the problem. Couldn't be happier, fantastic service, brilliant!!!
I am super happy with my bay windows replacement. The chaps were excellent and finished on time. They were clean finishers who tidied up after themselves and did not leave a mess, but the nature of the work can create dust etc. Unavoidable i guess, and quite happy to stand behind my 5 star review. My feedback would be for the company to ensure that all the furniture is covered by blankets as standard, and not just some furniture. This is something the surveyor could add to his to do list when he measures up to ensure the installers have enough covers when they visit for installation. Would very much recommend Bon Accord Glass for the 4 windows I have had fitted.
Great service from start to finish. We were very impressed with the customer service, excellent communication and attention to details. Being able to see actual doors in the show room was a real bonus, as it helped us to make a decision. Mike -the sales advisor, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and helpful. Installation was very professional, no mess and no issues at all. And - what's the most important - we love our new doors! Great quality and beautiful look.
I cannot fault BonAccord Glass. Super products, advice and attention to detail throughout. They have just replaced all my windows and front door. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.
