I was impressed by the presentation and the manner in which it was done. I was not ‘talked down’ to as sometimes happens to me, being an 80 year old woman. The representative took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, offering alternatives for my consideration, where appropriate or requested.

A very positive experience with the representative, Lee, coming out to the house and providing in-depth information on all our options. He was knowledgeable and experienced, discussing styles, colours and installation in detail. Lee also provided a cross section sample of the door to explain the engineering of the composite fabrication and explained the quality and strength of the product.
Great experience from start to finish. The sales process was straightforward. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The survey was done quickly and installation was straightforward. I’ve had a plasterer and painter out to finished off the frames and repair some minor damage to the wall. All in all I would recommend.
After a recent installation of 6 windows at my home I can't praise the CR Smith team highly enough for their professional approach and care taken to carry out the work.
